53. USE "WE" RATHER THAN "I" WHEN DISCUSSING THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF YOUR TEAM. YOU WIN ONLY IF YOUR PEOPLE WANT YOU TO WIN. NEVER FORGET THAT. IF YOUR EMPLOYEES DON'T WANT YOU TO WIN, YOU JUST SIMPLY WON'T.

71. PERCEPTION IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE REALITY. KNOW WHAT MESSAGE YOU REALLY GIVE OUT.
72. ALWAYS BE ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS, IN BOTH DIRECTIONS, WITH THOSE ABOVE YOU, AND THOSE BELOW YOU. IT IS A GROSS INSULT TO ACT AS THOUGH YOUR TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT OF OTHERS YOU DEAL WITH.
73. MAKE MEETINGS SHORT, START THEM AT 20 MINUTES TO TWELVE, OR TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE QUITTING TIME. THEN YOU WILL GET SOMETHING DONE.
74. NEVER THINK YOU ARE INFALLIBLE. YOU ARE NOT. PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!
75. BE A MENTOR TO SOMEONE ON YOUR WAY UP, JUST AS YOU SOUGHT OUT A MENTOR.
